For the purposes of these terms:
- “Event”: any concert, theatrical performance, festival, open-air feast or other show or leisure activity displayed on the Website.
- “Organiser”: the natural or legal person who organises the Event and who determines its content, prices, entry conditions and ticket availability, as identified on each Event page.

- “Ticket”: the electronic entry title issued through the Website, bearing a dynamic QR code.

- “Physical Points of Sale”: the partner retail outlets at which a User may purchase or collect Tickets.
- “Services”: all services provided by StagePass through the Website and its other channels.
A.3. Role of StagePass
StagePass is not an event organiser. It acts as a platform provider and as an intermediary for the issuance and distribution of tickets on behalf of Organisers.
Specifically:
- (a) The contract for attendance at the Event is concluded between the User and the Organiser. StagePass is not a party to that contract.
- (b) The Organiser is solely responsible for staging the Event and for its content, quality, safety, any postponement or cancellation, and for the accuracy of the information it publishes.
- (c) StagePass collects the Ticket price on behalf of the Organiser. Amounts so collected constitute amounts collected on behalf of a third party within the meaning of Law 4308/2014 and are remitted to the Organiser in accordance with the agreement between them. StagePass does not acquire ownership of those amounts beyond any agreed fee.
- (d) StagePass does not warrant or verify the correctness, accuracy or completeness of the information posted by Organisers. It reserves the right to correct or update such information at the request or with the consent of the Organiser.
A.4. Acceptance and Amendment of the Terms
- (a) Access to the Website and use of the Services requires that the User has read, understood and unconditionally accepted these terms in their entirety. Partial acceptance is not possible.
- (b) The User must additionally be aware of and accept the specific terms set by the relevant Organiser for its Event, which are disclosed on the Event page before the transaction is completed.
- (c) StagePass reserves the right to amend these terms. Each new version is posted on the Website with a date stamp and replaces the previous one. Completed transactions remain governed by the terms in force at the time of the transaction. For material amendments, registered Users will be notified by email at least [FILL IN: e.g. 15] days before the amendments take effect.
- (d) A User who does not accept these terms must refrain from using the Website and the Services.
A.5. Conditions of Access and Use
- (a) Users must be 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity. Users acting on behalf of a third party must be duly authorised to do so.
- (b) Certain Events may carry a minimum age for entry, set by the Organiser and stated on the Event page.
- (c) Access to the online Services requires an internet connection and suitable equipment, for which the User is solely responsible.
A.6. Prohibited Uses
The following are expressly prohibited:
- (a) Use of automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers) to search for, reserve or purchase Tickets, and any action that circumvents queue priority or per-User limits.
- (b) Creation of multiple accounts in order to exceed the maximum number of Tickets per User.
- (c) Purchase of Tickets for the purpose of reselling them outside the Resale Platform or above their face value.
- (d) Reproduction, copying, photographing or distribution of a Ticket for the purpose of multiple use.
- (e) Provision of false, inaccurate or third-party details, and use of a payment method of which the User is not the lawful holder or an authorised user.
- (f) Use of abusive, threatening, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive language in any communication with StagePass or its personnel.
In the event of a breach, StagePass is entitled to cancel the relevant Tickets without refund, suspend or delete the User’s account, and take any lawful action, without prejudice to the User’s civil and criminal liability.
A.7. Contact and Customer Service
- (a) Communication between StagePass and the User takes place ordinarily by electronic means, through the email address supplied by the User. The User must supply a valid email address of which they are the lawful user and must notify us promptly of any change.
- (b) Users may contact StagePass at [FILL IN: email][FILL IN: and/or live chat / telephone].
- (c) Service hours: [FILL IN: e.g. Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, excluding public holidays]. Requests submitted outside these hours are deemed received on the next working day.
- (d) For matters concerning the Event itself (programme, venue, entry conditions, cancellation), the competent party is the Organiser, whose details appear on the Event page.
- (e) To report content that breaches these terms or the law: [FILL IN: e.g. report@stagepass.gr].
B. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND TICKET ISSUANCE
B.1. Prices
- (a) Prices are quoted in euro (€) and include VAT and all applicable taxes and duties.
- (b) No hidden charges are applied. The amount displayed on the Event page is the amount charged on completion of the order, with the sole exception of any transaction fees imposed by a third-party payment service provider or a Physical Point of Sale, which are disclosed to the User before payment is completed.
- (c) The label “Exclusive Online Price” means that the price applies only to purchases made through the Website and may differ from the price at Physical Points of Sale or on the door.
- (d) Prices are set exclusively by the Organiser. StagePass is not responsible for how they are set or changed. A price already confirmed in a completed order will not be altered.
- (e) Where a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious typographical or technical error, StagePass or the Organiser may cancel the order, notifying the User and refunding the amount paid in full.
B.2. Booking Process
- (a) For high-demand Events, a fair queue system applies. Priority is determined automatically and cannot be influenced.
- (b) Once Tickets are selected, they are held for ten (10) minutes, within which the User must complete payment. On expiry of that period the hold lapses automatically and the Tickets are returned to general availability. StagePass does not guarantee availability after a hold has lapsed.
- (c) A maximum number of Tickets per User or per transaction may apply, as determined by the Organiser and stated on the Event page.
- (d) The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order and issuance of the Tickets.
B.3. Payment Methods
- (a) Payment is made by the methods disclosed on the Website, including: [FILL IN: debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, etc.], processed by our payment service provider [FILL IN: PSP name].
- (b) Physical Points of Sale: Users may purchase or pay for Tickets at partner outlets listed in the relevant section of the Website, by [FILL IN: cash and/or card]. Physical Points of Sale act as authorised partners of StagePass for the distribution of Tickets. Any service fee charged by the outlet is disclosed before payment.
- (c) Payment card details are transmitted directly to the payment service provider and are not stored by StagePass.
- (d) For security and fraud-prevention purposes, StagePass may reject an order, suspend the issuance of Tickets or cancel a transaction. In that context it may request identification documents from the User (e.g. a copy of an identity card, proof that they hold the card used). Where an order is rejected or cancelled on security grounds, the amount paid is refunded in full.
B.4. Issuance and Validity of Tickets
- (a) The Ticket is issued immediately following successful payment and is available in the “My Tickets” section of the User’s account, as well as in a file that can be saved or printed.
- (b) The Ticket carries a dynamic QR code, which refreshes periodically for security reasons. Screenshots, photographs or copies may not be accepted at the entrance. Users must present the Ticket live in the app or on the Website, or as a valid printout, in accordance with the instructions provided.
- (c) Each Ticket is valid for one (1) person and one (1) entry. The first QR code scanned at the entrance is treated as the valid one; any subsequent attempt to enter using the same code will be refused.
- (d) The User is solely responsible for safeguarding the Ticket and its code. Neither StagePass nor the Organiser will replace Tickets that have been shared with third parties, stolen or lost, nor are they liable if a third party gains entry using them.
- (e) Only Tickets purchased from the Website, from Physical Points of Sale or through the Organiser’s official channels are valid. Tickets obtained from unauthorised channels may be void, with no right to compensation or refund.
B.5. Transaction Confirmation
If, after submitting their details, a User does not receive an order confirmation or reference (via the confirmation page, email or their account), or if an error message or service interruption occurs, the User must contact customer service promptly so that it can be established whether the transaction was completed. Users should also check their spam folder. StagePass is not liable for loss arising from a User’s failure to carry out this check.
B.6. Cancellations and Refunds
IMPORTANT — MATERIAL TERM: Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
- (a) Right of withdrawal. Under Article 3i(2)(l) of Law 2251/1994, services related to leisure activities which provide for a specific date or period of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts. Accordingly, Users have no 14-day right of withdrawal in respect of Tickets purchased through the Website.
- (b) No-refund policy. Where the Event takes place as scheduled, no cancellation, change or refund is available for any reason, including a User’s inability or change of mind about attending.
- (c) Alternative. A User who cannot attend may offer their Ticket through the Resale Platform (Section C), where this has been enabled for the relevant Event.
- (d) The above is without prejudice to the User’s rights where an Event is cancelled or materially altered (see Section D.4), and without prejudice to the User’s mandatory consumer rights.
B.7. Payment of Refunds
Where a refund is due under these terms or by law:
- (a) The refund is made to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. For cash purchases at Physical Points of Sale, the procedure notified to the User applies.
- (b) StagePass processes the refund on behalf of and on the instructions of the Organiser, to the extent that the relevant funds have not already been remitted to the Organiser. Where funds have already been remitted, StagePass will pass the request to the Organiser and assist in processing it, but does not itself bear an obligation to pay.
- (c) The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the card issuer or payment provider and is typically [FILL IN: e.g. 5–10] working days from approval of the refund.
C. TICKET RESALE PLATFORM
C.1. Scope and Principles
StagePass operates an official Resale Platform through which a User who cannot attend an Event may offer their Ticket to another User.
The Platform operates on the following principles:
- Face value only. The Ticket is offered at the same price at which it was originally purchased. No mark-up is permitted.
- No profit margin for StagePass beyond the handling fee set out in clause C.4.
- Security. The original Ticket is cancelled automatically and a new one issued to the buyer, so that double use is impossible.
C.2. Conditions for Listing
- (a) Resale is available only where the Organiser has enabled it for the relevant Event and it is shown as available in the User’s account.
- (b) The Ticket must be valid, unused and not already listed for resale.
- (c) Listing is possible until [FILL IN: e.g. 24 hours / 2 hours] before the Event start time. After that point the option is automatically disabled.
- (d) The seller may withdraw a listing at any time while no buyer has been found. The original Ticket then remains valid.
C.3. Process
- The selling User lists their Ticket for resale through their account.
- The Ticket appears on the Resale Platform at its face value.
- Once a buyer is found and payment is completed, the original Ticket is cancelled automatically and its QR code ceases to be valid.
- A new Ticket is issued in the buyer’s name.
- The proceeds are paid to the seller in accordance with clause C.4.
C.4. Handling Fee and Payment to the Seller
- (a) The buyer pays the face value of the Ticket.
- (b) The seller receives the face value less a handling fee of two euro (€2.00) per Ticket, which covers the cost of processing the transaction and reissuing the Ticket.
- (c) Payment to the seller is made [FILL IN: to the payment method used for the original purchase / to a bank account supplied by the seller] within [FILL IN: e.g. 5–10] working days of the resale being completed.
- (d) Where the face value of a Ticket is €2.00 or less, resale is not available.
C.5. No Guarantee of Sale
- (a) StagePass does not guarantee that a buyer will be found. Listing a Ticket for resale is not a guarantee, promise or undertaking of sale, and does not give rise to any claim for a refund.
- (b) If no buyer is found by the deadline in clause C.2(c), the original Ticket remains valid in the User’s name and may be used for entry as normal. No refund is available.
C.6. Prohibition on Resale Outside the Platform
- (a) The resale, exchange, transfer or commercial exploitation of Tickets outside the Resale Platform, or at a price above face value, is prohibited.
- (b) The purchase of Tickets for business, commercial or advertising exploitation without the Organiser’s written permission is prohibited.
- (c) Tickets offered in breach of the above will be cancelled without refund and their holder refused entry. [NOTE TO PUBLISHER: confirm current national legislation on the secondary ticketing market and add an express statutory reference.]
D. EVENT ATTENDANCE TERMS — TICKET HOLDER OBLIGATIONS
D.1. Entry and Conduct
- (a) The Ticket confers the right to attend the Event stated on it, subject to acceptance of and compliance with the venue’s terms of operation. Entry to the venue constitutes unconditional acceptance of those terms.
- (b) The Organiser may refuse entry to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or carrying bottles, dangerous or flammable items, even if they hold a valid Ticket.
- (c) The Ticket holder accepts that their personal belongings may be inspected in connection with the above restrictions.
- (d) Attendees must comply with the instructions of security staff and the Organiser’s representatives. Crowd surfing and any conduct endangering safety are expressly prohibited.
- (e) Filming, photographing or recording the Event or any part of it with professional equipment is prohibited, as is any retransmission or commercial exploitation, unless the Organiser provides otherwise.
D.2. Concession Tickets
Where a concession Ticket has been purchased (student, youth, unemployed, disability, etc.), the holder must bring and present at the entrance the corresponding supporting document (academic ID, DYPA card, disability certificate, etc.). Failing that, the Organiser may refuse entry or require payment of the difference, with no right to a refund.
D.3. Audiovisual Material
Parts of the Event may be filmed or photographed by the Organiser or by third parties authorised by it. On entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in such material. The Organiser is the controller in respect of the capture and use of such images and must inform attendees by means of clear on-site signage. [NOTE TO PUBLISHER: this wording requires review as to the lawful basis for processing under the GDPR — “implied consent by entry” is not valid consent.]
D.4. Postponement, Alteration and Cancellation
- (a) Postponement or alteration. In cases of force majeure or for organisational reasons, the Organiser may change the date, time, venue or programme of the Event, notifying the public accordingly. Tickets then remain valid as issued for the new date.
- (b) Cancellation. Where an Event is definitively cancelled, the Ticket holder is entitled to a refund of the Ticket price, in accordance with the procedure and within the period announced by the Organiser. The attendee accepts that no compensation is due for any other expense (travel, accommodation, loss of profit, etc.).
- (c) Interruption. If an Event is interrupted for reasons of force majeure at least thirty-five (35) minutes after it has begun, it is deemed to have taken place, will not be repeated, and Tickets are not refundable.
- (d) Multi-day events / festivals. Where a single Ticket grants access to multiple performances and a particular artist or band is cancelled, the pro rata portion of the price is refunded. The Organiser is not bound by any assessment of the artistic value of the cancelled performance.
- (e) StagePass will notify Users of any change if and as soon as it is informed by the Organiser, without bearing responsibility for the change itself or for any delay in notification caused by the Organiser’s omission.
- (f) Refunds are processed in accordance with clause B.7.
D.5. Other Provisions
Holding a Ticket confers no entitlement to any additional free provision unless expressly announced. Consumption at the venue’s food and beverage outlets is optional and charged separately.
E. USER ACCOUNT
E.1. Account Creation
- (a) Account creation requires: first name, last name and email address. Alternatively, Users may register using an existing account with a third-party identity provider [FILL IN: e.g. Google, Apple — or delete if not supported].
- (b) Users may optionally supply additional details (telephone, date of birth, address, photograph).
- (c) Users must provide accurate, current and truthful information and keep it up to date.
- (d) Registration is completed by confirming the email address and setting a password, unless a third-party identity provider has been used.
E.2. Account Security
The User is solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and must not disclose it to third parties. Where a password is lost or compromised, it can be reset via the registered email address. StagePass is not liable for use of the account by an unauthorised person where this results from the User’s own fault. Users must notify StagePass promptly of any unauthorised use.
E.3. Suspension and Deletion
- (a) In the event of a breach of these terms, StagePass may suspend or delete a User’s account, notifying the User and stating the reason, unless prohibited from doing so by law.
- (b) Users may submit a deletion request at any time through the Website. Deletion may require identification via the registered email address.
- (c) Deletion is final and irreversible once completed; it can be reversed only during the confirmation period. Deleting an account does not invalidate Tickets already issued — Users should save or print their Tickets before deleting their account.
- (d) Data retention and deletion rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
F. FINAL PROVISIONS
F.1. Limitation of Liability
- (a) StagePass does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, the correctness, accuracy, completeness or clarity of information posted by Organisers, nor the availability of Tickets as communicated by them.
- (b) StagePass is not liable for the acts or omissions of Organisers, nor for the quality, suitability or safety of Events.
- (c) StagePass takes all reasonable steps to keep the Website operating without interruption, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability and is not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical problems affecting third-party providers, or force majeure.
- (d) StagePass is not liable for disputes between attendees or for damage to or loss of personal belongings at the venue.
- (e) To the extent permitted by law, StagePass is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of data, etc.).

F.2. Force Majeure
StagePass is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including: natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, governmental prohibitions, and failures of power supply or of third-party telecommunications and network infrastructure.
F.3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, photographs, video, graphics, trade marks, software, design) is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to StagePass or to the rights holders from whom it has been licensed. Any reproduction, copying, storage, transmission, adaptation or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Individual storage or reproduction of parts of the content is permitted strictly for personal use, with no commercial or advertising purpose.

F.4. Personal Data Protection
Processing of Users’ personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019, and is described in detail in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.
Users acknowledge that, in order to perform the contract, the necessary details are transmitted to the Organiser of the Event, who acts as an independent controller for its own purposes.
F.5. Promotions
StagePass may run promotions (discount codes, offers, competitions) in accordance with the specific terms announced on each occasion. Gifts are not redeemable for cash. StagePass may amend or discontinue such promotions, without prejudice to rights already accrued.
Users may choose whether to receive marketing communications from StagePass or from Organisers by giving their consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. StagePass is not responsible for the content of messages sent by Organisers.
F.6. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity does not affect the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
F.7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

F.9. Language
These terms are published in Greek and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Greek version prevails. [NOTE TO PUBLISHER: confirm with counsel — a prevailing-language clause is standard, but it must not operate to deprive a consumer of rights they would understand from the version presented to them at checkout. Consider instead making the version in which the User completed their purchase the governing one.]
